We Recognize the Value of Our Service Members
Searching for a job can be a challenge for anyone, and veterans are no exception. As a Service Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Minority Small Business (SDVOSB), IDA Technology is keenly aware of the struggle vets face when they leave the military. However, we fully understand the unique talents they possess, often honed over years of faithful service to our country. In our book—that’s huge a plus! Accordingly, we make every effort to include vets in our hiring decisions, and we put increased emphasis on those who gave even more—our wounded warriors. We’ve made hiring disabled veterans a priority and work to produce opportunities for them, even if it’s not with IDA. Our commitment also includes veterans’ spouses and family members as well.
As an SDVOSB, it is always IDA’s goal to hire wounded warriors and disabled individuals whenever possible. We have teamed with multiple organizations to provide the best opportunities for veterans returning home and those veterans who are now disabled.
IDA continues to make efforts like this more accessible to service veterans and make them a larger part of our company and community.
